8/28  tempo at Schenley (Regent Square 5k)
8/31  Ladder:  2000/1600/1200/800/400/400 (rest 3:00, 3:00, 2:30, 2:00, 1:00)

 9/4  Steelers 5k
 9/7  5 6 x mile with 3 min rest
9/11  tempo at north park due to HS XC Meet or (IKEA Half at montour trail/ikea start line)
9/14  Easy run for half marathoners / 12 x 400 meters for others (3 sets of 4; 1 min between reps and 1 lap jog between sets)
9/18  Hard long run on Montour Trail 20 miler for marathoners at fast pace
9/21  6 8 x 1000 with 2 min rest
9/26  Great Race Weekend
9/28  Distance run for Great Race runners; 4 mile special for others.

10/2  tempo at Montour trail due to HS XC Meet  (or 8 a.m. at Schenley   To Be Determined) 
10/5  5 6 x mile with 3 min rest
10/9  tempo at Schenley
10/12 4 x (1000m, 1 min rest, 400m hard, 3 min rest)
10/16 tempo at Schenley (Columbus Marathon weekend)
